E911 County Commission Plans

The West Virginia Code requires the payment of E911 fees each month by subscribers of telecommunications carriers. In 2007, the PSC adopted Rules Governing E911 Fees that govern the billing, collection, and remission of E911 monthly fees. All County Commissions have submitted to the PSC its plan to comply with this Rule.

A listing of each County Commission's plan to establish, maintain and operate a countywide Enhanced Emergency Telephone System (E911) has been provided on the map below.

To view a plan, hold your mouse over a colored area (county). The name of the county will then appear. Click on the county name to view that county's plan.
